By downloading or using Pictensify, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for photo editing on Apple devices you own or control.

2. On-device editing
Features are designed to run on your device. Results depend on your hardware and the photo you provide. The app is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation to the extent permitted by law.

3. Ads (free version)
The free version may display advertisements from Google AdMob and its partners. Ads help keep the app available at no upfront cost.

4. Pictensify Pro subscription
Pictensify Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that removes ads while active.

• Product: Monthly subscription
• Price: Shown in the app / App Store (example $0.99/month; actual price may vary by region)
• Payment: Charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
• Renewal: Renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Management: Cancel or change in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (or use Manage Subscription in the app)
• Restore: Use Restore Purchases on any device signed into the same Apple ID

5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with ads or purchases unlawfully, or use the app for illegal content.

6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
